Meet Meera:
“We first met Meera when she was a young girl living in an orphanage. Born in a small hut and delivered by her grandmother, she was exposed to violence and poverty from the moment she entered the world. Today, Meera is determined to become the first in her family to graduate from college. A gifted singer, dancer, athlete, and intellectual, she has the potential to make a lasting impact on her community for generations to come.”
I’ve had the privilege of visiting the mission at Paul’s Legacy and seeing firsthand the joy and life-changing impact it has had on the community. Watching a child walk through this sponsorship has not only given me hope for their future but has also brought deeper meaning to my own work.
My trip to India was unforgettable! The people I met were kind, welcoming, and made the experience even more special. I loved exploring the culture, the homes, and the warmth of the people. Every moment was amazing, and I can’t wait to go back and see the change and growth in the lives of these girls, their families and all those who continue to experience the generational change that is being made possible through Paul’s Legacy.
It has truly been my privilege to get to know the people of India through Paul’s Legacy. To see the hope in the young girls’ eyes as well as their parents has been a pure joy. To watch these little girls, sparkle with joy when they can say a few sentences to us in English is heart warming. To be able to witness firsthand the life changing impact Paul’s Legacy has had, has changed my life. To be able to walk along side these girls in my owns journey has been more than I could have ever dreamed of.
